Nail polish that will make your nails look polished!

Flip-flop weather is quickly approaching..
which means time for a pedicure!!
Doing your nails is so hard,
but going to the Nail Salon is costly..
once you go every so often!
... it all adds up!
So,
just do your nails at home!

Here are some tips and tricks!
- ESSIE is my favourite nail polish brand but OPI is good too, they're a little pricier than the others, roughly around $10. On the cheaper end of things, I like Sally Hansen and Revlon which are around $5-$6!
- Make sure that you have a good nail filer and cuticle cutter! -you want to make sure that your nails are nicely shaped and your cuticles are clean!
- Always have top coat nail polish to perfect those nails at the end!
- Always put on 2 coats of nail polish (the first coat is streaky and thin and the second coat makes the colour bold- do not put more than 2 coats because it'll get too thick!)
- Old nail polish sitting in your room gets thick and sticky.. most nail salons have something called a "thinner" to thin out the nail polish but since our homes are not professional nail salons, add about 4-5 drops of nail polish remover into your nail polish bottle, shake it out, and apply! -it gets thinned out like crazy and becomes brand new!
- Waiting for your nails to dry is such a drag- so dipping your nails in ice cold water allows your nails to dry 10x quicker! (learned from the Tyra Show haha)
- Keep those Q-TIPS handy so that once you've finished applying your nail polish, you can dip your Q-TIP in nail polish remover and remove the mistakes around your nails!

Try these tips out,
I guarantee that your nails will look beautifully polished!

love, juliet
